The Roman and Williams Guild was founded in 2017 by interior designers Robin Standefer and Stephen Alesch. The couple offer not only their own furniture, lighting, and home decor designs in the boutique, they also curate a wonderful array of beautifully designed and skilfully handcrafted objects from all over the world for the “guild”. You will find Japanese and Mexican ceramics here alongside hand-woven textiles from West Africa and hand-blown Lobmeyr glass. Lobmeyr’s delicate Candy Dish and the Patrician drinking service are particularly popular items. All products share an uncompromising quality, natural materials, and traditional crafting methods. It’s about timeless beauty, functionality, and simple things that will be passed down through the generations as heirlooms.
