The Drinking Set No.104 was designed by Ludwig Lobmeyr in 1866.
Some years after the ring road was built — Vienna’s boulevard, that attracted the noble families and wealthy bourgeoisie to erect their Palais alongside.
TS 104 was highly esteemed in these Palais as an everyday drinking set for the families and their intimate friends. With this design Ludwig Lobmeyr perfectly managed to combine higher durability by using thicker crystal with an elegant flair by using sparse, ingeniously placed cutting.

Like always at Lobmeyr the glasses are mouth blown into wooden moulds and the stone wheel cutting is refined by hand polishing to achieve utmost brilliancy.
